Trans-National Securities and Trust

Trans-National Securities and Trust operated from the Credit Suisse building in Zurich (Wiedikon). It fraudulently claimed to be a Swiss broker/dealer offering a broad range of securities to match the individual requirements of clients.

Banking and securities transactions were executed by Credit Suisse as well as a secretly a Swiss fiduciary owned by Dr Josef Bollag in Zug (Gerom AG).

Refintra AG operated from the same branch of Credit Suisse as TNST. The Credit Suisse branch manager, Chris Sigfried was fired after Swiss TV broadcast a program about it.

All former clients should register with FRCS.

FRCS has assisted hundreds of former clients to combine their evidence into an action group with a common purpose.

TNST had a very close relationship with Credit Suisse, Gerom AG and the legal office of Dr Josef Bollag. Credit Suisse executed the securities transactions and kept the TNST accounts. Credit Suisse was required to report suspicious activity by TNST to money-laundering authorities. However, when those Swiss money-laundering authorities contacted the bank asking what was going on there, the bank replied that there was "no need to investigate". Those Swiss money-laundering authorities advised the complaining victim to make a criminal complaint with the Zurich criminal authorities.

Former clients should report to FRCS all incidents, suspicious activity or unusual relationships regarding:

1. Credit Suisse
2. Gerom AG in Zug, Switzerland
3. The legal office of Dr Josef Bollag
4. Refintra
5. Price Richardson
6. Swiss Equity Trust
